Our client is a well-established regional ICT alliance supporting public health services across northern regional Victoria. As part of a region-wide digital transformation strategy, they're delivering a SuccessFactors implementation across 12 health services and are seeking a relationship-driven communications professional to help bring people along for the journey.

This is a fixed term contract for 9 months.

The opportunity

You’ll join an established program team, working alongside technical specialists and an experienced Change Lead. With change fundamentals, training and cutover planning already well underway, your focus will be on keeping stakeholders informed, heard and engaged through to go-live and beyond.

You'll:

- Plan and deliver timely, audience-focused communications aligned with change and training activities
- Build strong relationships with leaders, implementation leads and end users through regular check-ins and feedback sessions
- Create newsletters, FAQs, intranet content, videos, presentations and leadership packs
- Partner with CEOs and executive sponsors on key messages, speeches and adoption communications
- Support business readiness and develop BAU handover materials for a smooth transition

About you

You enjoy picking up the phone, building networks and turning complex project information into explicit, engaging messages. You'll bring:

- Communications and stakeholder engagement experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Exceptional writing skills across executive, leadership and frontline audiences
- Experience supporting change and business readiness in multi-site or dispersed organisations
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities to tight timeframes

Experience with SuccessFactors, HR/payroll or enterprise system implementations, change frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR, or health and public sector environments will be highly regarded.
