About the Role:

At Echuca Regional Health, we know that great aged care is about more than clinical expertise. It's about building relationships, preserving dignity and creating moments that matter.

We're seeking passionate Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our Residential Aged Care team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to older members of our community. The role involves providing safe, person-centred nursing care, leading care teams and supporting positive health outcomes for residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, safe and effective evidence-based nursing care to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive and systemic nursing assessments and plan care to achieve positive outcomes




- Ensure knowledge and skills remain current through attendance at regular education and training sessions
- Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice

Qualifications/experience required:

- Passion for Aged Care nursing
