About The Chance

Looking to build your career in People & Culture while developing experience across HR analytics, digital solutions and continuous improvement? As a P&C; Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of people initiatives while using data, technology and problem solving to improve processes and the employee experience. Working collaboratively across the business, you’ll gain broad P&C; exposure, contribute to meaningful improvement initiatives and build the capability and experience to progress into broader People & Culture roles. Both full time and part time arrangements would be considered on a fixed term 2 year contract.

Key Responsibilities

- Turn people data into meaningful insights, identifying trends and opportunities that support better workforce and business outcomes.
- Help shape smarter ways of working, contributing to digital solutions, automation and process improvements across People & Culture.
- Support the delivery of key P&C; initiatives and services that enhance organisational effectiveness and the employee experience.
- Solve problems and simplify complexity, analysing information, identifying root causes and contributing practical solutions.
- Strengthen P&C; processes and compliance, supporting policy updates, effective controls and continuous improvement across the function.

Skills And Experience

- Strong digital capability and confidence with technology, with the ability to use digital tools to create, communicate and improve information, processes and ways of working.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to cleanse and analyse data, identify trends and relationships, and translate findings into meaningful workforce insights.
- A creative and practical approach to problem solving,



with the ability to explore alternatives and develop solutions to complex or unexpected challenges.
- Strong reporting and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate and engaging reports and insights for different audiences.
- An understanding of HR policies, compliance and relevant legislation, ideally supported by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business or a related field.
