We are now looking for a Warehouse Floor Manager to come join our team based in our Virginia warehouse!
Day-to-day duties may include:
- Supervision of gear movement in and out of the warehouse ensuring accurate use of our warehouse systems
- Coordinating effective use of warehouse space to maximise flow, safety and efficiency
- Lead stocktakes and auditing processes to reduce errors or delayed returns
- Working collaboratively with our Operations Manager to foster a cohesive team across the warehouse floor
- Deliver induction content and training for the warehouse team,
providing ongoing feedback and support as needed for the team to keep developing their skills

Successful applicants will need:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar warehouse operation or logistics role
- Previous exposure to production environments is highly desirable but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail, fault finding and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Confident computer literacy across Microsoft office suite including Excel
- A current LF forklift license is also desirable
