The company we represent is looking for a vibrant, confident and personable individual who can professionally represent the business, leverage its well-established reputation in the installation of safety surfacing, artificial turf and Rubber Wetpour systems, build on existing relationships and win new work.

This is primarily a sales and business development role .

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson, but you do need to be confident, have valuable communication skills and enjoy developing strong relationships with customers, builders, landscapers, councils and other industry contacts.

A background in landscaping or the broader construction industry would be highly regarded, giving you the practical knowledge to understand projects, carry out site inspections and take basic measurements.

We'll teach you the estimating and product knowledge you need.

What we're looking for is someone who can open doors, build trust, represent the company professionally and turn opportunities into business.

The Role

Your day will include:

- Preparing quotations and tenders from plans and site measurements
- Meeting clients and carrying out site inspections
- Responding to customer enquiries and following up opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining relationships with councils, builders, landscapers and contractors
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities




- Representing the company and its products to prospective customers
- Working closely with our experienced team to deliver successful projects

This role includes travel throughout NSW, with occasional overnight stays.

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident dealing with people, commercially minded and motivated to build relationships and win business.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience in landscaping, construction or a related industry
- The ability to understand projects, read plans and take basic site measurements
- Good communication skills and confidence dealing with customers
- The ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A current Driver's Licence
- White Card (preferred)

Experience preparing estimates or working in sales is an advantage, but not essential .

We're more interested in your ability to communicate, build relationships and identify opportunities. We'll help you develop the estimating, product and technical knowledge required.
