Cafs is seeking an OHS & Wellbeing Lead to guide a proactive safety culture in Ballarat, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws while supporting employee wellbeing. You will develop, implement and improve Cafs' Occupational Health and Safety Management System and provide specialist advice to leaders and staff.
You will handle hazard reporting, return-to-work planning and coordinate wellbeing programs, fostering a trauma-informed, inclusive workplace across the Central Highlands region.
