Reporting to the National Hardrock Manager, this position is responsible for providing technical support and service to underground hard rock mining operations throughout Central NSW, Australia. The role combines site-based technical support, customer relationship management, product training, quality assurance and business development activities. Regular travel to mine sites throughout NSW will be required.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct underground audits of ground support installation practices.
- Perform product testing, pull testing and quality assurance inspections.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ground support products and applications.
- Deliver product installation training and toolbox presentations to mine personnel.
- Assist customers with the implementation of current products and ground support solutions.
- Monitor product performance and provide feedback to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mine site personnel, engineers and procurement teams.
- Assist with inventory management and supply chain coordination where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity and ground support performance.
- Promote Jennmar's products, services and technical capabilities throughout the mining sector.

About you

- Experience working within underground hard rock mining operations.




- Exposure to ground support installation, development mining or geotechnical activities.
- Strong understanding of underground mining safety systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple site commitments.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain mine site inductions and medical clearances.
