Yackandandah Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide overnight clinical care within our 83-bed residential aged care home. You will report to the Care Manager, manage resident care needs, respond to changes in condition, administer medications and support care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.
This permanent part time role covers four nights per week (Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday), totaling 47.5 hours per fortnight.
