Laing + Simmons is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our residential property management portfolio across the Inner West. You’ll build your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals and local market activity, then guide each landlord from the first conversation through to a smooth handover with the property management team.
This is a hands-on growth role. You’ll be independent, proactive and stay connected with the sales and PM teams, using CRM to track opportunities and meet
