A highly regarded investment banking platform is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join its Technology team. The group has built significant momentum over the past 12 months and continues to expand its market presence across technology advisory and capital raising mandates. With a strong pipeline of active transactions and increasing client demand, the team is looking to add an execution-focused professional capable of contributing immediately to live deal activity.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of technology transactions, with an increasing focus on growth equity and capital raising mandates alongside traditional M&A; advisory.



You will work directly with senior bankers and founders, supporting transaction execution from origination through to completion. Responsibilities will include financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, investor materials, client presentations and management of day-to-day execution workstreams across multiple live mandates.

Candidates will typically possess 2-6 years of experience within investment banking, corporate finance, M&A; advisory or a related transaction workplace. Prior technology sector experience is advantageous but not essential. The team is open to high-performing Analysts seeking a step-up in responsibility as well as Associates looking to deepen their sector expertise. Strong financial modelling, analytical capability and transaction execution experience are essential.
