- Urban land development background.
- Solid grasp of Australian Standards, council requirements and the Sydney market.
- Confident liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams.
- Familiar with Service Authority approval and construction requirements.
- Clear communicator, strong report writing skills.

- Produce civil designs, drawings and supporting project documentation.
- Support site inspections and prepare associated reporting.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to help keep projects moving.
- Input into technical reviews and cost estimation.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety and regulatory obligations throughout delivery.
