## Digital Product DesignerApply: Hybrid: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 23, 2026 (26 days left to apply): JR We’re looking for a Digital Product Designer to join HCF’s Digital Enterprise team and help shape the experiences our members use every day across our website and mobile app**Digital Product Designer** **12-month contract | Full-time | Hybrid/Flexible | HCF House - Sydney CBD** **Design digital experiences that make healthcare easier** Working within a cross-functional squad, you’ll design and improve key member journeys including understanding cover, managing claims and finding a provider. You’ll have the opportunity to see your work make a real difference to members. You’ll be part of a team-oriented and supportive design team that shares ideas, runs design critiques and experiments with new tools and ways of working. You’ll also have a growth plan to support your development and future career goals. **What you’ll do*** Translate member needs and business objectives into simple, intuitive digital experiences.* Create **wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs** using Figma.* Collaborate with product, technology, content,



brand and business teams to bring ideas to life.* Conduct and facilitate **user research and usability testing**, using insights to iterate your designs.* Contribute to and work within our evolving **design system**.* Champion accessibility and ensure designs meet **WCAG standards**.* Use analytics and research to inform design decisions and measure impact.* Advocate for human-centred design across your squad and wider teams. **What you’ll bring*** Experience designing digital products across **web and mobile**.* Strong **Figma** and prototyping skills.* Experience conducting **user research and testing**.* Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly within cross-functional delivery teams.* An action-oriented mindset — you like testing ideas, making progress and getting things done.* An understanding of accessibility and **WCAG standards**. **Experience with AEM, design systems, Agile delivery, or healthcare/insurance is desirable but not essential.** This is initially a **12-month contract**, with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent opportunity. **Ready to design experiences that make a difference to HCF members?
