About the role:
- Manage case portfolios – Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
- Conduct assessments – Perform face‑to‑face and remote evaluations to guide tailored intervention plans.
- Promote wellness – Deliver wellness programs, pre‑employment assessments, and single‑service solutions.
- Case conferencing – Attend client meetings and case conferences to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues – Work on joint files, sharing expertise to support client progress.
- Lead larger projects – Get involved in injury prevention strategies, job dictionaries,
and other high‑impact initiatives.

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists & Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 12 + months experience in occupational rehab and Same Employer space is preferred
- Have a natural ability and enjoy building relationships with your customers
- Full AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
