Delaware North Australia & Current Zealand is seeking a full-time Pastry Chef de Cuisine to lead our pastry team at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). You will drive culinary excellence, delivering pastry that wow guests and elevates showpieces for major events.

Within a agile kitchen, you will manage daily operations, uphold HACCP standards, mentor a diverse pastry team, and collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Chef on menu development and guest feedback to ensure consistent
