Your new role:As a Medical Workforce Officer, you will provide professional and client focused workforce support to medical officers, managers and executives across Princess Alexandra Hospital and peripheral services. You will play an significant role in ensuring medical workforce processes are accurate, compliant and delivered within required timeframes. You will:Coordinate recruitment, appointment and employment processes for medical officersManage credentialing, registration, mandatory checks, work rights and commencing pay requirementsLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve registration and workforce mattersProvide advice and assistance to medical officers and managers throughout the employment processAbout you:You are an organised and proactive professional who can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and a high standard of service.
