We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Australian Hotel & Brewery , Rouse Hill, part of the Sonnel group, which has over 40 years' experience in the industry which owns and operates 20 venues throughout Sydney. About the Role

This is a full-time position for an Assistant General Manager where you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting the General Manager to ensure smooth service, team leadership, and an unforgettable guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating a culture where the team feel safe, valued and enjoy coming to work.

Extensive knowledge of Gaming Operations.

Working closely with senior management who share the same vision.

Compliance, stock management,



training and developing of the team

Managing the day-to-day operations of the venue.

The successful applicant will:

Essential requirements for this position are Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards

Be a motivational leader who encourages and develops the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience each time.

Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of managing day-to-day operations of a venue with strong and complex trade

Hands on approach in your leadership and management

A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent people skills

A passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the company
