What your day could look like

As Clinical Nurse – Stroke Care Coordinator, you'll play an important role in improving outcomes for stroke patients. From coordinating timely care and supporting recovery goals to partnering with multidisciplinary teams, you'll help create a seamless patient experience while contributing to excellence in clinical practice.

- Coordinating patient‑centred stroke care that supports safe, timely treatment and recovery.

- Driving quality improvement, education and evidence‑based practice to enhance care delivery and patient experiences.

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.




- Experience delivering and coordinating care in complex clinical environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Commitment to evidence‑based practice, continuous improvement and professional development.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study relevant to stroke, rehabilitation or acute care and/or experience leading quality improvement, education or service development initiatives.
