CFC is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to join the Melbourne-based Claims team. You will manage professional liability, D&O; and E&O; claims from notification to settlement, while liaising with policyholders, brokers and external vendors.
The role involves cross‑functional collaboration with underwriting, finance, IT and product teams. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of claims experience, solid policy wordings knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
