You will oversee overhaul, repair and delivery of electrical motors and components for underground mining equipment, working with planning, engineering and operations teams to ensure secure, high-quality outcomes.
You will lead a skilled workforce, drive continuous improvement and develop team capability, while coordinating with workshop operations to meet production and customer requirements
