Fife Capital is seeking a strong legal and compliance person for its funds management and property investment business.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on fund, property and corporate legal matters
- Draft and review contracts and transaction documents
- Support compliance and regulatory obligations
- Assist with governance, company secretarial, insurance and risk management activities
About you
- Minimum 3 years' experience in funds management, financial services, corporate or property law from a leading law firm or in-house (preferably with a large corporate in the property industry)
- Robust drafting, communication and commercial skills
