Goldstar Transport is an established provider of Transport andLogistics solutions across Western Australia, servicing a broadrange of industries, including FMCG, steel and mining.
Our focus is on delivering secure, reliable and efficient serviceto our customers. Due to continued growth, we are seeking anexperienced HC/MC Driver to join our team servicing operationsacross Kalgoorlie and surrounding mine sites.
About the role
This is a FIFO/DIDO role thatis currently operating on an 8:6 roster with 12-hour shifts. You’llbe undertaking a range of driving and operational activities, whichinclude but are not limited to:
- Safely operating our vehicles to and from various minesites
- Assisting with yard operations
- Loading, unloading and securing freight in accordance withsafety requirements
- General transport and logistics duties
- Maintaining clear and professional communication withclients, supervisors and other team members
- Performing various ad hoc duties as operational needsarise
About you
To be successful in this role, youwill have:
- Current MC or HC license
- Extensive practical knowledge and experience using strapsand chains
- Demonstrated experience securing a variety of loads safelyand correctly
- Willingness and ability to work an 8:6 roster & 12-hourshifts
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of ateam
As part of the inherent requirements of the role, youmust be willing to undergo the following pre-employmentverification checks:

- Driving Assessment
- National Police Clearance check
