Early Learning Victoria is opening a recent Cohuna Centre in 2027 and seeks a Centre Operations Leader to oversee daily operations, develop high-quality educational practices, and ensure compliance with National Law and Victorian frameworks.
You will work with the Centre Director and ELV Central team to recruit and develop staff, manage enrolments, and foster a sustainable, collaborative culture across the service. Relocation incentives up to $8,000 and wage uplift apply to eligible staff.
