The Role

Lead, mentor and develop a team of 8-15 employees

Coordinate workforce and fleet scheduling to maximise productivity

Manage fleet repairs, maintenance and visual presentation

Maintain a protected, compliant and secure working environment

Manage property, site security and operational assets

Anticipate issues, solve problems and resolve conflicts





Work with Sales, Administration and Operations to deliver positive customer outcomes

Proven leadership and people management skills

Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities

Confident communication across sales, administration and operations

A customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to compliance

Experience in logistics, warehousing, removals or a similar operational environment is highly regarded

Forklift or furniture handling experience is advantageous
