About us:Windaroo Valley State High is a co-educational State High School located in the northern end of the Gold Coast, Logan Albert Beaudesert Education District and a member of the South Coast sporting district. The community consists of both established residential areas and areas of rapid growth. In line with the school workforce plan as determined by the Principal, lead and inspire the direction setting, development of services, enhancement of school support staff skills and supervision of a diverse and multidisciplinary support staff workforce.Actively participate in school management team decision making processes with regard to the provision of corporate services to support school operations and seek out opportunities to challenge existing business services processes, recommending alternative approaches that drive process improvement.Responsibilities:Lead finance, HR, administration,



facilities and asset management.Provide strategic business advice to the Principal and leadership team.Manage budgets, financial reporting, compliance and risk.Lead recruitment, workforce planning, staff development and performance management.Oversee facilities, maintenance, assets and contractors.Improve systems, processes and technology to support productive school operations.Lead change, innovation and continuous improvement.Build strong relationships with staff, families, government and community stakeholders.Lead a high-performing, collaborative support services team.Please refer to the Role Description for a full list of responsibilities.Interested?
