Ventia invites applications for a Network Management Officer to lead the Alarm Monitoring team within the Victorian Intelligent Transport Systems Contracts Operations Centre. You will oversee shift operations, coordinate handovers and monitor SCATS/STREAMS/NMS platforms to manage incidents and faults.

You will act as the escalation point, ensure contractual response times, and support continuous improvement while coaching Officers and delivering operational reports.
