Outreach Occupational Therapist (4 day work week, Fridays off)

As an Occupational Therapist with Fly2Health, you'll deliver essential services across regional and remote communities through a unique model that combines travel, flexibility, clinical quality and true impact.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you'll manage a small, quality-focused caseload, build meaningful relationships with clients and communities, and deliver therapy to those who would otherwise have gone without.

You'll be supported by a connected national clinical leadership team, with the structure, supervision, mentoring and guidance needed to do your best work while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

The Role

- Join a high-performing and supportive team of Occupational Therapists
- Travel throughout regional communities
- Deliver assessments, intervention and ongoing therapy services in rural and remote communities
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists
- Support individuals and families who genuinely need access to care
- Help shape the future of allied health delivery in regional Australia

How Your Week Works

- 4-day work week - every Friday off
- Monday:



Ground Day- Work from home or the office with your team and Team Leader for admin, planning, reports, professional development and collaboration
- Tuesday - Thursday: Clinical Outreach- Structured outreach to see regular clients on a fortnightly roster
- Overnight travel required - Typically Tuesday and Wednesday nights, up to 2 nights per week for 40 weeks per calendar year. All travel is arranged and managed by our Operations Team.

Requirements

- Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain registration
- Ability to travel and stay overnight Tuesday and Wednesday evenings
- Passion for delivering healthcare to underserved regional and remote communities
