Tasks & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner closely with various departments to ensure a seamless experience and outstanding service for our internal and external customers.

Process sales confirmations and manage the build process, ensuring all sales administration, purchase orders, and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain and audit stock locations, vehicle movements, and truck scheduling.

Prepare and maintain delivery schedules and weekly stock lists.

Oversee truck delivery preparation, including pre-delivery build-ups, accessory orders, and final inspections.

Organise registrations, trade plates and supplier invoices.

Liaise with customers throughout the process, providing build status updates, delivery timelines, and post-delivery follow up.

Monitor KPIs such as stock health and delivery timelines, and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with the Sales Dealership Teams to maintain a "one team" culture.
