Key Duties

- Review and assess students at the beginning of each program
- Provide a flexible program that caters for individual students
- Deliver learning programs thatdemonstratearesearch basedknowledge of how students learn
- Evaluate personal teaching and learning programs including feedback from students and assessment data to inform planning




- Modelhigh expectationsto enable a safe and supportive classroom culture
- Provide reports within school standards and timelines
- Embrace a culture of collaboration to enhance student learning
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours

Skills and Experience

- Experience teaching VCE Accounting Units 1-2 is essential. Versatility to teach another VCE commerce subject and middle school commerce will be an advantage.
- Ability to connect positively with students and show genuine care for their learning
- Demonstratedcommitment toongoingprofessional development
- Hold a current VIT registration and relevant teaching qualifications
