Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Beenleigh office. We have several positions available so if your looking to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is an prospect for an organised and customer-focused Property Manager to manage your own residential portfolio while being supported by dedicated leasing and administrative teams.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance, portfolio performance, and efficient day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a residential property portfolio from end to end
- Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants, landlords,



and trades
- Manage lease renewals and tenancy agreements
- Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries promptly and professionally
- Monitor rental arrears and follow company procedures
- Ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation
- Prepare and maintain accurate property records
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
- Work closely with leasing and support teams to ensure smooth portfolio operations

About You

- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- Ideally, you will have 3-5 years experience managing your own portfolio
- QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Experience with PropertyMe is highly regarded
