Industrial Shed is a fast-growing independent trade supplier based on the Mornington Peninsula. We service trades across Australia through our physical store and high-volume e-commerce operation. We’re looking for a hands‑on logistics and warehouse skilled who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
► The Role
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and logistics workflow, supporting both in-store and online order fulfilment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching online and trade orders
- Managing incoming stock and supplier deliveries
- Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse organisation via JIWA
- Supporting Shopify order management and fulfilment workflows
- Working with third-party courier platforms and carrier systems
- Assisting with operational improvements and process efficiency
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and highly organised
- Supporting the wider team during peak trade periods

You will ideally have:
- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations
- Shopify experience (or strong ability to learn quickly)
- Experience using third-party courier and fulfilment platforms
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Physical capability to handle warehouse duties safely
