BBQ-K Springvale is a Korean BBQ restaurant located in the heart of Springvale, Victoria, specializing in authentic Korean dishes with various Asian cuisine combinations. We are seeking passionate experienced Chef/Cook to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in commercial kitchens preferably with the expertise to contribute to the menu and kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to provided recipes

Oversee kitchen staffs and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service

Involve in menu developing and creating

Ordering, stock control and rotation (FIFO)

Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations

Collaborate with the restaurant management team

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles or in hospitality environment





Have a right to work in Australia

Fully available over a 7-day roster and able to work 5 days weekly shifts including weekends

Able to work under pressure and be a team player

Strong communication skills and attention to details

Able to relocate or commute yourself
