RCPA is seeking an energetic Team Leader to support the Melton afternoon shift (2pm–12am). The role focuses on leading a precast manufacturing team, driving daily targets and continuous improvement while ensuring protected production of quality products.
Two years in precast concrete or manufacturing is preferred. You will monitor performance, develop training plans, and collaborate with maintenance to optimise plant and equipment.
