Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a compassionate physiotherapist to deliver in-home services across the Western Sydney area. You’ll assess clients, design person-centred mobility programs and support independent living, with autonomy and a cooperative team backing you.
You'll work with older adults, coordinate with families and the Home and Community Care team, and contribute to outcomes that improve mobility, confidence and quality of life in the community.
