KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Be the go‑to contact for franchisees and their projectteams, building solid relationships with internal teams,contractors and suppliers
- Guide franchisees through new fit‑outs and refurbishments,delivering on time, on budget and within scope
- Help develop project programmes and budgets,



then track andreport on progress to keep everyone in the loop
- Support franchisees to procure contractors and suppliersthrough a fair, transparent process that delivers greatvalue
- Keep every site looking and feeling unmistakably PlusFitness, wherever it is in the network
- Carry out defect inspections and compliance checks atcompletion so each gym opens ready to go
- Spot opportunities to save costs, lift quality and improvehow projects are delivered
- Work autonomously, solve problems as they come up and keepcommunication explicit, honest and proactive

SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with:

Education & Qualifications

- Certification in Project Management or a related discipline(desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, projectmanagement, property, or a related field (desirable)
- Current Driver’s Licence

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Project Manager rolewithin a franchise or multi‑site network, including supportingowners or franchisees through fit‑outs from conception throughto completion and handover to the franchisee
- Experience within the fitness, health and leisure industry(preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsacross geographically dispersed franchised sites, balancingcompeting priorities in a timely and effective manner
- Strong understanding of managing projects within agreedtime, cost and quality parameters while maintaining consistentbrand standards across the network
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills,with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to identify risks and issues quickly and implementpractical, outcome‑focused solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with theability to engage and manage franchisees alongside internal andexternal stakeholders
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers andconsultants, including franchisee‑appointed trades, to achieveproject deliverables
- Working knowledge of a franchisor–franchisee operatingmodel, including brand standards compliance, franchiseeexpectations and the commercial pressures of a site openingprogramme
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring franchiseesand all other parties are informed, aligned and accountablethroughout the project lifecycle
