Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide culturally responsive care, develop healthcare and case management plans, and support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients on their health journey.Connect with community. Build strong relationships with community members and help make sure their voices are heard in the way health services are delivered.Share knowledge and grow. Support other health professionals to build cultural confidence and competence, while mentoring and developing Trainee and emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioners.Educate, lead and inspire. Deliver health promotion and education programs, promote protected and high-quality practice, and help create a positive workplace culture through strong role modelling and Queensland Health values.About you:Hold current registration as an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner with the ATSIHPBA (AHPRA), plus a Diploma in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or equivalent. (Don't have the Diploma yet? A supported learning pathway may be available.)Bring strong local cultural knowledge, practise with cultural respect and safety,
