We are a leading provider of technical safety and lifting equipment services and are seeking an organised, customer-focused individual to join our team.

This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires someone who can think on their feet, manage multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating jobs, ordering parts, and supporting customers from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing quotations for service, inspection, and equipment sales
- Managing customer enquiries and recommending suitable products and solutions
- Coordinating technicians and scheduling service work
- Ordering parts, equipment, and consumables from suppliers
- Following up quotations and sales opportunities
- Liaising with customers regarding job progress and delivery timeframes




- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Building and maintaining robust customer relationships

About You

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Confident using computers and business systems
- Experience in internal sales, customer service, service coordination, estimating, industrial products, or technical services is highly regarded
