Our Country Hotel in Blackwater is seeking an Hands On experienced Hospitality / Hotel Duty Manager to be Hands onand to drive Customer Service and Hotel revenue.

Reporting direct to the Venue Manager on all matters, the successful candidate will be required to Trouble Shoot all areas, Management of Hotel shifts, Uphold and adhere to all Liquor Licence requirements, Serve Customers and Supervise Staff, promote Strategiesacross all Hotel departments.

Successful applicants will have demonstrated -:

- Leadership Skills and GoodCommunication Skills
- Experience in Hotel Operations with the ability to manage Bar, Bottleshop, Gaming & Food facilitates
- Current RSA, RSG and RMLV (or willing to complete RMLV course) & Approved Managers LicenceExperience with Staff Management
- Experience with handling Gaming Machines




- Ability to use a computerised POS system, TAB and Keno
- Great Personality and People person
- Have a solid Customer focus
- Great with Promotions
- Strong Knowledge of the Liquor Act
