Customer Service Advisor - Richmond Skoda

Launic Motor Group is looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our Service team at Richmond Skoda.

The Role

As this is a customer contact role, there is a focus on delivering a high level of customer service to our valued customers. The successful applicant will have experience in a similar customer service role.





We also offer further management support along with world recognised manufacture based training.

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience, from the appointment through to completion & collection of their vehicle.

From greeting vehicle owners on the drive way through to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. Your entirerole will be centered on creatingimpressiveinteractionswhere you will instinctively understand how to truly deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer.

Advisor responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Ensure compliance with group and stakeholder policies

- A current driver’s licence is required
