They’re now looking for an Assistant / Junior Property Manager to join their Property Management team and work alongside an experienced and highly supportive Head of Department.

This is not your typical junior role . You’ll get hands-on exposure to all aspects of Property Management, plenty of support and training, and a genuine pathway to managing your own portfolio .

About The Role

- Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
- Property management administration and coordination.
- Invoicing, reporting and property file management.
- Tracking key dates and compliance requirements.
- Responding to owner and tenant enquiries.
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
- Assisting with arrears and funds management.
- Attending final inspections and home opens.
- Learning the systems, processes and skills required to become a confident Property Manager.
- Gradually taking on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grows.

To give you the skills, exposure and support to step into your own portfolio .

About You

We’re looking for someone who is keen to build a long-term career in Property Management, not just someone looking for their next job.

You’ll Ideally Have





- Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
- Current WA Property Registration – essential.
- A skilled presentation and confident communication style.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for working with people.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A great work ethic and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Good computer skills and a tech-savvy approach.
- The personality and drive to learn, grow and eventually manage your own portfolio.
