An established real estate agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their Lane Cove team on a temporary basis.

This is a great chance for a Property Manager looking for a short-term assignment with a professional and supportive team.

The Role:

- Manage a residential property portfolio
- Handle day-to-day property management duties
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Manage arrears, inspections and lease administration
- Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries
- Provide general support to the wider property management team

About You:

- Previous Property Management experience essential
- Strong knowledge of residential property management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Current Certificate of Registration required
