Callaghan Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our dynamic team in Echuca, Victoria. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation at The Echuca Hotel. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned venue, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control
- Providing leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a positive and productive work culture
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and resolution-oriented manner
- Assisting with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Collaborating with the management team to identify and address opportunities for improvement
- Providing regular performance feedback and development support to your team members

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team




- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
- Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Gaming experience is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
