About the Role

As a Service Technician (NSW) , you will report to our NSW Management Team and take ownership of lift maintenance, repairs and service calls across a diverse client base.

You'll play an important role in delivering reliable,



high-quality service while building strong relationships with customers and supporting the wider Service Team. This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, servicing and repairs on lifts and related equipment.

Respond to breakdowns and service call-outs in a timely and skilled manner.

Work closely with the Service Team and Management to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Provide professional and reliable customer service while working on-site.

Complete service documentation, reports and other required records accurately and on time.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in the lift industry or a related technical industry.

A current Electrical Licence and White Card .

Full Australian working rights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to customers and colleagues.

A proactive, reliable and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.

The flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business and service requirements.
