We are seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join the RAINBOW SHADE team in Upper Coomera, Queensland. This is a full-time position based on-site at our warehouse facility. Key responsibilities

Warehouse Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Provide direction, support and training to warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Allocate daily workloads and monitor staff performance, productivity and workflow.
- Take responsibility for ensuring orders are picked, packed, checked and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Oversee receiving, counting, checking and storage of incoming stock.




- Ensure stock is stored correctly and warehouse locations are maintained in an organised and efficient manner.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment to ensure fast-moving products and components are available when required.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stocktakes, investigating discrepancies and reporting issues.
- Ensure fabric and other products are inspected for quality and correctly identified before dispatch.
- Ensure serialised products, including fabric rolls, are correctly identified and recorded.
- Assist with container unloading, interstate transfers and warehouse movements as required.
- Operate forklifts, pallet equipment and other warehouse machinery safely and in accordance with WHS requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse setting.
- Ensure warehouse staff follow company procedures, WHS requirements and agreed work practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining barcode and stock-control processes.

- Take ownership of warehouse issues and work proactively to resolve problems.
- Support the training and onboarding of new warehouse employees, including helping them develop knowledge of company products, systems and procedures.
- Lead by example and promote a positive, accountable and team-focused working environment.
- Report operational issues, stock discrepancies,



damaged goods and other concerns to management promptly.
