Noẽma, the new venue from Lucas Collective in Melbourne's CBD, is recruiting experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join the opening team. You will bring expertise in high-end beverage service and a passion for theatre behind the bar.
Ideal candidates have premium venue experience, knowledge of cocktails, RSA, and are comfortable with a rotating roster including weekends and holidays. This is a full time position with casual shifts available as the venue launches.
