We are looking for a motivatedProduction Worker to join our Innisfail Depot . This is a permanent day shift opportunity within our box erecting operation, ideal for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys practical work, and is keen to learn new skills.

About the Role

As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our depot operations by:

- Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks
- Setting up and operating box erecting equipment
- Performing basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Monitoring production quality and output
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Supporting team members to meet customer delivery requirements
- Learning new skills and growing your technical knowledge

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be mechanically minded and enjoy working with equipment and machinery




- Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Be eager to learn machine setup and troubleshooting skills
- Have valuable communication skills
- Enjoy working as part of a small, close-knit team
- Be reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
- Hold a current forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
