Workhorse Staffing is seeking an experienced Team Leader for a busy manufacturing operation in Albury. This hands-on role requires leading by example on the shop floor to keep production on track and meet daily targets.
You will supervise operators, set up and adjust machinery (rollformers, punching, folding and cutting), troubleshoot breakdowns, ensure safety and quality, and mentor current team members as the operation grows.
