Assist with fortnightly payroll processing for multiple locations.
Manage payroll documentation, including new hires, contract changes, and terminations.
Maintain personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Resolve payroll inquiries efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
Prepare reconciliations for superannuation,
tax, and other payroll-related contributions.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of industrial instruments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
Demonstrated respect for privacy and confidentiality.
Experience with Chris 21 payroll systems.
Strong knowledge of PAYG tax, payroll tax, superannuation, and related regulations.
