Event Cinemas Carindale is seeking a Duty Manager | Retail Manager to lead front‑of‑house, concessions and box office teams. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing daily operations and developing high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced cinema setting.

You will champion guest service across all areas, drive campaign and event support, manage rostering and inventory, and ensure presentation standards are consistently maintained.
