MiiA MEXiiCO Dubbo is seeking an experienced Chef to join its kitchen team and contribute to authentic Mexican-inspired cuisine in a busy restaurant. You will plan menus with management, prepare and cook dishes, and ensure meals meet quality, portion, and presentation standards while maintaining food safety and hygiene.
Requires Certificate III/IV in cookery or hospitality and at least 3 years of kitchen experience; Mexican restaurant experience is preferred.
