Fresh Meats is a fast-growing, family-owned food business employing 140 people. We process over 60 tonnes of meat weekly , alongside seafood and value-added cooked products, supplying customers across hospitality, healthcare, education, retail and other institutions throughout Queensland. We seek a full time qualified Butcher or Chef to -

lead a small team in operating machinery to portion steaks

ensure product quality/ consistency and team productivity

manage yield proactively
